Liposculpture

If you’ve ever wanted washboard abs and muscular definition, Dr. Fouda Neel offers liposculpture in Montreal, Quebec, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a liposuction technique that can give you that perfectly chiseled body.

What is liposculpture?

Liposculpture, sometimes known as VASER Hi Def® liposculpture, is a form of body contouring that dramatically transforms your physique in the most precise manner. This procedure is so precise because it targets only the fat around muscle groups. For example, in areas with a high fat percentage like the abdomen, this focused procedure only targets the specific layers of fat that engulf that region, leaving you with a more sculpted and muscular look.

What is the difference between liposculpture and liposuction?

Liposculpture gives surgeons the ability to target muscle groups allowing you to achieve a chiseled look. The technology is so precise that it is able to distinguish between nerves, blood vessels, and connective tissue from the targeted fat. The unwanted fat is removed through ultrasound body reshaping technology instead of the vacuum removal method that is done during traditional liposuction. Although, both liposculpture and liposuction are both minimally invasive procedures, the former is used to reshape and create more muscle definition instead of solely removing unwanted fat.

Why is it considered hi-def?

VASER stands for Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance. This means that it uses energy pulses in the form of ultrasonic waves through a probe in order to break up fat without damaging the areas around it. The pulsating energy is delivered so precisely that you will not suffer any overexposure or side-effects from the ultrasonic waves. The way your muscles appear to be sculpted afterwards are what make the procedure hi-def because it will, in laymen’s terms, give you high-definition abs.

What body parts can be sculpted?

Because liposcuplture is used on places where you have muscles groups to give you a more chiseled appearance, there are many areas that can be sculpted. These areas are:

  • Abdominals
  • Hips and flanks (sides)
  • Upper back
  • Legs
  • Chest

Can men and women have this procedure?

Yes! Liposcuplture is available for both sexes because both have muscle groups. Men commonly look to get “six-pack” abs, and women generally have the procedure to create more definition in their arms and hips.

What are the benefits of having liposculpture done?

If you’ve tried diet after diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle but can’t seem to get that perfectly chiseled figure, liposculpture offers many benefits:

  • This is a single procedure that provides optimal results as opposed to having to sit through multiple procedures over time
  • The recovery period for high-def. liposculpture is minimal and you are back on your feet in no time
  • You will notice your body contours have improved significantly getting you the same results you’d have if you’d spent months working with a personal trainer
  • Your skin will appear smoother and more youthful post-procedure and your muscles will become more refined and accentuated

Will liposcuplture help me lose weight?

Although you may lose a few pounds because fat is being removed from your system, liposculpture is not a form of weight loss. You need to be in good shape and maintain a healthy diet and a regular exercise regime in order to be a good candidate for the procedure. Patients that are overweight are not suitable contenders for this procedure until they have lost a significant amount of excess weight.
